Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Paul Costelloe purchase; therefore, we offer a 28-day return period for any unworn items in their original condition. All returns must include original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
